Stephen and Liz and their family live just a short distance from the lodge. All enjoy travelling and between them they have stayed in literally hundreds of Hotels, Bed & Breakfast, Self-Catering and Hostels over the last 30 years. They don't profess to be experts in knowing what guests like on holiday but they've got a fair idea, and Quality of accommodation and surroundings feature very highly in their reckoning. When visiting the countryside they enjoy spotting wildlife, excellent views and surroundings, walking, visiting archaeological sites, boat rides, dining and sleeping..! They also enjoy the contrast of a City Break: the culture, the restaurants, the attractions, the people, bus rides and guided walks.
