The legendary Niobe Waterfalls is the setting for this charming 2 bedroom 2 bath Victorian home at the end of a quiet country lane. Our private den sleeps two withclever and comfortable twin bed "sleeper chairs."Most rooms afford a spectacular waterfall view. A romantic, wrap around veranda runs along the river and is the perfect place for morning coffee or tea (supplied, of course, along with a variety of wholesome breakfast items). Your well mannered dog is always welcome; we provide bowls and bed for your canine companion.
An updated, fully equipped cook's kitchen provides
opportunities to cook with friends, or stroll over to
the Fernwood Restaurant for cocktails and dinner.
Our Waterfall Vacation Home is ideally located between

We just spent a wonderful week in the Hudson Valley and Woodstock areas where we stayed at the beautiful Waterfall House. Staying here was an inspired idea and a great home base while we explored the area. We felt like we were in the Loire Valley in France.
The house is charming and gracious. Every view from the house - waterfalls, streams, swimming holes, wildflowers, trees, sky, hiking paths…
