Mark and Nance H. own the condo and live in Fort Collins. We are avid skiers, hikers and bikers, and use the condo during the week in the winter, and during the wonderful cool summers in Summit County for hiking and biking. We bought the condo in 2012 and continue to marvel at the beauty of the Ten Mile Range
