Casa Litibu is an exquisitely designed home located 15 minutes south of Sayulita in the tranquil beachfront town of Litibu. No detail was overlooked in the construction and design of this beautiful three-bedroom home with a separate casita and infinity pool. As you enter and explore this lovely home, you will be awed at the 180-degree view of the beautiful ocean, the amazing architecture, and the unparalleled interior design of this outstanding home.

Through the front door of this home your first vision will be of the stunning ocean views from every window. On the first level you will find a state of the art kitchen with clever design details that will inspire you to cook many a meal. The open design spills out to an indoor dining and living area, the large sliding doors then open up to a beautiful patio complete with a barbeque area and infinity pool. You will also find one of the three master suites on this level.

As you travel up the spiral staircase the view just gets better and better. The second level offers two master suites and the interior design details continue throughout each of these inviting bedrooms and large bathrooms. Each bedroom opens to a private terrace with spectacular views.

The top level is a large palapa covered deck perfect for taking in the sunset at cocktail hour, or enjoying the morning beauty of this tranquil setting.

Casa Litibu also offers a separate casita with great views, a kitchenette, bedroom, bath, indoor sitting area, and of course a private terrace to take in the view.

From Casa Litibu you easily stroll across the street to the beautiful Litibu beach. You are within a short drive to Sayulita, as well as Punta Mita, both great spots for dining, surfing, fishing, horseback riding, golf, and any other activity you desire.

Our local English and Spanish speaking property manager, Ricardo, will clean the pool, terraces and care for the garden during your stay. He will be there almost daily and available to answer any problems or questions which arise. He can even arrange a Fishing trip for your party and a delicious dinner with your catch.

Air Conditioning is available during the summer in all bedrooms, and is not needed at other times because of the almost constant ocean breezes. The Spa heater is available during the cooler months of the year.
