We are a familly of four from San Juan who love the Rincon area. Two professionals with two daughters. We take excellent care of the villa and it can be said that it is in mint condition. We have owned the villa since 2000. The villa is located on a quiet beach and it has pool, kiddie pool with direct access to the beach. When we go to Rincon we love waking up, going to the beach and returning after sunset, we have lunch usually in the beach. After the sunset, we go to the villa's terrace, usually have BBQ and sit in the lounge chairs for star gazing. Once you go to the villa you will want to be one of our return guests....!
