Hello!

I’m Mike the owner of Paintworks Apartments (Brislington, Bristol) and Cigar Factory Loft Apartments (Southville, Bristol).

Over the last five years I’ve been very lucky to spend time travelling the globe and have stayed in some amazing and unique spaces.

This has all given me lots of inspiration and different ideas to bring back to Bristol.

I lived at Paintworks for 10 years.

LOVED IT.

Since 2014 I’ve managed to buy a handful of loft apartments from my neighbours at Paintworks and have redesigned and redeveloped them over time.

The Cigar Factory launched in Southville last year. An awesome converted factory, one of just a handful of original Wills Tobacco Factory buildings left in Bristol. I was lucky enough to secure three great apartments in the building including the penthouse. All lofts are listed here and are available to book for short or longer stays.

I’m currently overseas but have a fantastic and dedicated team (Dee, Sean, Lis, Tina and Sandy) based at Paintworks and who all work across the two locations.

The team ensure all our guests are very well looked after and are on hand to help if needed.

The lofts themselves are unique, full of personality and are fun places to stay whilst you’re visiting Bristol.

Packed full mod cons, original art, tech and all all the little comforts to make them all feel like a real “home from home”.
