My name is Luana Zangarelli and I work in the holiday rental business since 2009, I'm Director at ITALY TO RENT company.
It operates in the sector of weekly tourist rentals of luxury villas, exclusive apartments and country houses with private pool in central Italy.
Our portfolio includes a large variety of accommodations: the frescoed apartment in a charming historic centre, the stylish penthouse with rooftop terrace, the medieval castle for special events or the luxury modern villa with pool. We also manage Receptive Structures such as a former Monastery converted into Hotel de Charme, a medieval hamlet with luxury suites Spa and a period villa of great historic value that is ideal for very large groups.

Italy to Rent provides many activities and services for a complete and memorable experience during the stay: classic city tours, tasting tours, cooking classes, in-house chef, catering, Italian language and culture lessons, outdoor sports and activities for families, transfer.
We are able to organize special events like weddings, cerimonies, family reunions, meetings and seminaries in our most exclusive locations.
