We are originally from Yorkshire and Lancashire, but now loving life in Cumbria, after many years working in the South and abroad. We can't believe how lucky we are to live here and count our blessings every day !
Our family consists of our two daughters, Bryony (living in Surrey with her partner and two young sons), and Rachel, (at Kingston University studying Bio-Chemistry). So now, our home just has us, Monty (our Border Collie/Spaniel), Misty (the cat), and our six hens !
We keep busy as volunteers with St John Ambulance and as members of the local Community First Responders, so if you don't feel well, you re in good hands !
We love getting to know all our guests and feel like we have made many new friends from around the world... hopefully, we will be getting to know you soon too.
