In 2010 we were looking to rent a beach home that met all of our criteria:

+We wanted something in a small, family-friendly town.
+We wanted to be in walking distance of restaurants and within a 30 minute drive of a city.
+The house had to be direct oceanfront, not across the street or on the sound.
+It had to be professionally decorated with items that looked to be from the last decade.
+It had to be perfect for kids.
+It had to have an elevator for strollers, groceries or wheelchairs.
+And it had to be furnished with modern decor, amenities and top of the line technology.

We looked and looked, but we couldn't find a match in our price range...so we created one.
