I am a 42 year old civil engineer; I live in the apartment above the one offered for rent. The property was constructed 2008 to 2010. I take pride in the maintenance of the property and want to ensure the privacy, comfort and enjoyment of the stay of my renters. I am very responsive to my renters and personally handle all affairs in connection with rental including - key exchanges, to arranging weekly cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Past renters have commented on the privacy, tranquility of the area, and the comfort of the surroundings.
