I am the owner of this house and had it built to combine efficient design and luxury in a beautiful, safe Costa Rican setting. This rental property is overseen and managed by an American couple who live nearby on a full time basis. I speak English and French. Grew up and was educated in Canada. Now reside in the US with my family.
