After university studies (and a degree in marketing), I always found time to travel extensively and for long periods of time.
I realised then how one appreciates to find a place where you feel at home, live as locals do; a place where you can enjoy breakfast with your choice of music in the background, where you can shop the local foodstores and cook a beautiful diner for everybody.
Well, even better if this place costs you roughly half what a hotel would cost you (for a fifth of the space)!
I love literature and art, which probably reflects in the modern decoration and the many books on the bookshelves.
Travelling in many parts of the world made me quite laid back I guess; I just expect my guests to have a wonderful time and just want to come back as soon as possible....
