I am a 58 year old that came to Playa 10 years ago to see a friends house getting built. I was only there for 4 days when I came a across Casa Sand Castle, well I bought it. Being in real estae I knew I had a great location, but it really took me a couple of years to realize that my location was far superior to almost everyone in the area. Returno Sayil is one of only 2 private streets in Playacar and is in the best location. My former wife and I had luxury suites in Vancouver and knew how well upscale properties attract people. Having 100's of properties competing for renters in Playacar I decided I didn't want to be in the that segment of the market. Sand castle location with the Tennis court and pool across the street, and the ocean less then 200 meters away makes this the perfect vacation home. You can enjoy the beach and come home for lunch and then go back! Pero
