My wife, Elayne and I are from NJ. We have both spent our vacations in southwest Florida since we were small children. Our parents moved here in the 1980s. A few years ago we purchased our home here in Cape Coral and share it with guests like you. Since it is our home we take great pride in it and keep it in tip top condition. It is not just a rental house but our home. We have a wonderful full time home manager named Julie who makes sure your stay is all you dreamed it would be. Our home is fully furnished and has all the nice amenities of home and more! We hope you will come and enjoy it. In 2014 we purchased a second home and now share our time between both homes. Julie still manages our homes when we are not here in sunny Florida. We love Cape Coral and our time we spend here. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
