I am a highly educated elderly gentleman with lots of management and customer treatment experience. I hold a Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Research Sciences. My motto is to host all my guests with best efforts ensuring complete satisfaction and meeting their reasonable expectations. With that motto in mind, I have hired a Property Manager who lives in close vicinity to my properties. He is a honest and hard working gentleman from England. He maintains all my properties spotlessly clean and in good working condition. When warranted, he attends and addresses all emergency matters immediately.
