Our family has been enjoying Sunset Beach for 25 plus years. So much so that when we retired, we moved here and live just off the island, so we are close by should you need anything during your stay. Because we are now living here, we have decided to self manage our rental property after years of renting through property management companies, which allows us to offer a rental rate far below what is common.
