I am Ibrahim Gorgun, a civil engineer living with his family at Riverside Houses Block B1, Dalyan, Ortaca, Muğla/Turkey. I am the owner of the Riverside Houses and Riverside Cafe. Riverside Houses are two, three and four bedroom semidetached and modernly furnished villas having a 1500 m2 front garden with a 60 m2 shared swimming pool by the riverside. Famous Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach is 12 kilometers (~20 minutes) away by car and it takes about 40 minutes to reach the other end of the Turtle Beach with a boat from our private pier. All main rooms in all villas are air-conditioned and the ground floor bedrooms have ceiling fans. All villas have a bathroom on the ground floor in addition to the en suite bathrooms on the upper floors. The swimming pool in the front garden is cleaned on a daily basis and has a seperate pool side shower.
