We purchased this beach condo as a getaway and investment 10 years ago. We take great pride in maintaining it clean, fresh , inviting and up to date for our renters to enjoy a relaxing place with their families. We live only 3 hrs away in Tampa, and have arrangements with cleaning staff, and handyman to assure that there are no issues for our tenants. Referrals and reviews from previous renters upon request .
