I moved from Australia to France and bought this house in 2009. I had spent ages looking for a place with a garden but they are hard to find around this area and when I saw this one I fell in love! It was a big move coming from a large city to a tiny village but it was a very positive one! It's a great village, much more lively than some and I have great neighbours.
I live in the village (I moved to a different house in the same village) with my dog, Oscar, and go for long walks every day, either around here or in the National Park or to a lake or river nearby.
I worked from home a lot while at the cottage - and I move back there in Summers so there's a good internet connection and desk. This would be a nice break for someone who needs to work on a project or do some writing. As it was my home it's set up for comfortable living.
1 BR / 1 BA / Sleeps 2
Left on Mar 16, 2011 for a stay in October 2010
We really enjoyed being able to have a great little place to come back to after exploring the wineries and villages around Langedoc. The cottage had a cute garden which we ate in most of the time even in autumn and enough space for both of us. Would love to go back.
