I'm a 45 years old software developer, living and working in Switzerland. I have been renting my villa in Spain for 3 years now and have spent many months in Spain ensuring that the villa is a comfortable home away frome home. Luckily I have a wonderful couple living close to the villa, who look after all the cleaning and pool for me throughout the year. They ensure that everything is prepared to a high standard before guests arrive.
