We are a retired older couple who live about 2 hours from Mexico Beach. We along with our children, use the other side of the duplex often, so you may run into some of us down there. We have owned the place many years and our families have many happy memories of times spent down there together. We love the place because it is peaceful and the beach is so beautiful and safe. It's the perfect, relaxing, get-away-from-it-all beach house. We love walking on the beach, fishing off the pier, crabbing, swimming, sunning, reading, watching TV, eating seafood in the local restaurants, and sleeping!
