Having spent many months at a time at Villa Capiz while our children attended school on St. John in the winter, we added personal touches to the home not normally found in a rental property. Artwork, landscaping, and attention to detail make this villa welcoming. It is very private and yet is close to town and beaches.
In our continuing efforts to maintain Villa Capiz in the height of tropical comfort and luxury, we continually upgrade and improve the property. Whether its furniture and bedding, or landscaping and decking, we love to add new features. As a new or repeat guest, we welcome you, and wish that you relax and enjoy your time here!
