The Cays is a small development of Caribbean style new quality homes tastefully landscaped in a tropical setting located beach side on the well protected South side of Exuma in the central Bahamas. Owners has made their properties available for vacation rentals. The properties have three bedrooms and three bathrooms or 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms. A spacious lounge dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a wraparound deck. The houses are fully air conditioned and equipped with television and internet access. By the ocean and sandy beach is a large pool and cabana with an honesty bar so you can enjoy your sun downer reclining by the ocean as the sea laps the shore and enjoy the fabulous sunsets. The Development owners live on site and are available to make your vacation exceed your expectations. Exuma is a 45 minute direct flight from Florida a 3 hour direct flight from Toronto and easily accessible from Europe.
