This large clean home has an full ocean view and is about 100 steps to the sand, often we see boats, deer, kites, and can enjoy the view even in a storm...while setting nest to our fireplace...We have 2 full closets of games, movies and puzzles. Located at 925 Pheasant Run, Westport, WA 98595 ~~ Right next to the ocean……1. $300.00 per day for 2 adults. (This includes your tax) If more than 3 people are sharing this rental property, a fee of $20 per person, per day is assessed for each additional person over 5 years old. Please list names of people staying in unit on the back of this paper. 2. A $100.00 laundry/cleaning re-set fee , one time charge, We change and clean the bedding and linens/ towels, supplies, besides that the house must be left clean and in the same condition as you receive it.. But if left dirty or damages are in excess of normal wear & tear and or there are any missing items: There is supplies of soaps and extras. The registered guests (cardholder) shall be responsible for any & all damages/missing or broken items or unclean areas left from guests or pets visiting. Whether registered or not. Additional fees for these things will be charged to your card that must be provided as a precaution. No charges will be made without your knowledge.3. Check in time is 3pm or after, Checkout time is Noon, you will receive a key code to access your key from the lock box. Once paid in full, and then simply return it to the key box when leaving. Leave unit is great clean condition and lock all doors and windows. There is a $100.00 Fee if not locking ALL doors and windows upon leaving.4. The house is NON SMOKING. Please smoke outdoors & use ashtray for butts. A fee of $50-$500 will be assessed and added to your card if you smoke inside. This may be more if extensive cleaning is required.5. Reservations are guaranteed only by payment and card #. The square charge will read K Olson Farms. $30 fee if using charge card. Cancellations are only fully refunded if home is re-rented. Exception is if you want to send a money order.6. DOGS are not allowed. Smuggling in your dog into this NO PET unit will result in a de-pet fee of $200.00 &up depending on the extent of the cleaning required.Tenants agree to not hold Owners liability/responsible in any event of an accident or injury to a tenant or their guest during a stay. Tenants are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guest during their stay at Seaview in Westport, and agree to comply by the terms By signing this agreement you understand and agree to this contract in full. The owner shall be protected by this agreement and held harmless in any event.
