I'm a 31 year old graphic designer living in USA with my husband. I sublease my charming apartment in Beirut during our stay abroad. My preference goes for neat, quiet person/couple who want to live a genuine Beiruty experience for a short period of time (5 days up to two months max). My brother, who lives permanently in Beirut, takes care of the apartment preparations (cleaning, freshening up) between the different tenants. He guides you to the apartment and covers the house tour & details.

Payment procedure:
30% of the total amount as deposit (for us to reserve the dates for you).

The total amount shall be paid cash the moment you receive the keys inside the apartment.

A written receipt should be given to you with the total amount you paid CASH + the Deposit you previously paid.

The deposit is returned FULLY upon return of keys before departure of tenants if there are no serious damages in the apartment.
