We are seniors living in northeastern Georgia on Lake Lanier 45 miles from Atlanta. We have seven children and several grandchildren and our family loves Sanibel. We rent our upscale unit when we are not using it ourselves. We take pride in our unit and have upgraded it with many niceties usually found only in homes. We treat everbody as our guests with our goal of encouraging everyone to return often. We communicate with our guests directly – including payments, key exchanges, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
