I a Newton MA resident and look forward to every opportunity I have to spend time on the cape, and esp at POV. Several of my family have homes nearby and we have had many memorable family gatherings on Santuit Pond! My family is happy to recommend day trip, restaurant, recipe and shopping suggestions as we know the area well. I am actively involved in the rental process and try to attend to your questions and any issues that arise ASAP. However, a full time caretaker is available on cape when I am away and cannot be reached. POV is a haven for our entire family - only 80 mins from Boston - and we take great pride and pleasure in sharing our peaceful retreat with guests new and old.
