We are located on beautiful, Chincoteague Island VA, voted America's #1 beach town. I along with my partner and mom, Debbie Stevens, have lived here all of our lives, and also own and operate a real estate company, Eastern Shore Properties, which has been in business for over 25 years.
We would like to invite you to come enjoy and explore this Beautiful Island, and neighboring Assateague Island. There are plenty of things to do such as fishing, bike riding, crabbing, soaking up the sun, climbing the lighthouse, walking the nature trails, bird watching, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, watching the famous "Chincoteague Ponies", enjoying fresh seafood, or just relaxong in the Salt Air Breezes. We have rental homes available for weekend, mini week and weekly stays. These homes include waterfront homes with breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets, or homes where you can enjoy the peaceful tranquility of nature.
