This is my winter home and I only rent it to guests when I am not in residence. I purchased our home in 1989, and started to rent it after 2 years in order to keep it cleaned, and aired when we were not there. This is a special condo, in a special location, and I have never found any other condo with the same advantages! I have a wonder friend and neighbour in my little 14 unit complex, Pat, who acts as a manager for my guests,as she keeps my keys, and sorts out any little problems that might occur, so that guests always have someone to speak to and ask for information, help, or advice! - I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do.
