Stan, is a journeyman carpenter and a self-taught chef. Usually, you will find Stan, along with our other staff, in the kitchen at our Seaside Restaurant, located in Trout River, preparing some of his favorite dishes of lobster, scallops and other seafood specialties.
I, Jenny, am a physical education teacher at an all-grade school in Woody Point. I enjoy my summers moving from our accommodations to the dining room of Seaside Restaurant to meet as many of our guests as possible.
