I am a thirty five year old Londoner and live in the same area of this apartment - which I love! I am actively involved with the renting of this flat, but also have an agency that helps too. This is very helpful as they have an office literally around the corner from the apartment and are very helpful with everything - from cleaning the flat once a week to checking you in and helping you with all your requests and needs if I am away.
