My wife and I own this unit and take pride in it as our personal vacation home. We rent it out from time to time to cover the expenses of ownership. We employ a local property manager to insure our guests of a smooth check-in/check-out and immediate service should the need arise since our permanent home is in the Orlando area. I am sure your stay at our "second home" will be a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
