My wife and I mostly use this condo in the winter for skiing. In the summer, Mammoth Lakes comes alive with a variety of Summer Activities:
mountain bike (rent or bring your own)
golf
mountain climb
climb a "climbing wall"
go on scenic rides in the ski gondola to 11500 feet and hike from the top if you want
hike the beautiful trails and mountains, lakes, & streams
fish
do water sports on the many lakes
enjoy the natural hot springs
experience the awesome scenery, fresh air, and comfortable temps!
