We live in UK but have local managing agents to look after our family owned lakeside villa.

We purchased Sunset Vista Lakeside Villa in 2004 and use it regularly throughout the year. Factors that influenced our purchase were the quiet location overlooking the larger of the two lakes on Sunset Lakes exclusive gated community whilst literally minutes from shops, restaurants and the theme parks. Our private pool and spa/jacuzzi overlook the lake and we can watch the famous Floridian sunsets from our own poolside.

Our villa comprises 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and we, the owners, take a great deal of pride in keeping our spacious home in excellent condition. It has the best of everything needed for a fantastic holiday with family or friends, tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard.

Sleeping up to 8 people, the villa is fully licensed and meets all fire and safety regulations including emergency lighting, smoke detectors, safety deposit box and full security system.
