We moved here 25 years ago after a four day vacation to this Paradise. I now sell real estate and own and manage several properties in this lovely town. Knowing and LOVING Santa Barbara and all it has to offer is what I do. My cell phone is ON 24 hours a day.

Caza de Coco is about as cute as it gets and in the words of one guest "It just doesn't get more central!". I continually purchase new items that would just be perfect there (did I mention that I also LOVE to shop), my version of Santa Barbara/shabby/chic/vintage/love dogs style.

I live 5 minutes away and am available anytime for questions regarding activities, events, best restaurants, etc. I know I am prejudiced, but I am pretty darn sure you will LOVE your Caza de Coco/Santa Barbara experience,
