I am the owner of Zilker Park Place. I love the location and orignally lived there when I purchased it in 1990. I surround myself with art and even drive a decorated car. I wanted the vacation rental to be artful, colorful, fun, and Austin funky, yet have a peaceful relaxing vibe. I believe I accomplished that. We just redid the garden and I think it turned out very beautiful and is totally appropriate for the Austin weather.

Amanda is a great manager and pays close attention to every detail. I'm sure you will enjoy working with her.

The repair guy lives across the street, Amanda lives a few blocks away, and live just a few blocks from her. You will be well cared for and all of your needs will be met in this fully equipped town home. I personally love the gourmet kitchen and the espresso machine.
