My husband Jerry and I have owned our property in San Diego for 20 years. Shortly after we moved in, we built a granny flat for my mother-in-law, where she lived for the past 19 years. She is quite elderly and now lives in a board and care facility. We decided to turn her granny flat into a vacation rental. It is beautiful and comfortable, close to the action in San Diego.
