We are a middle age couple, originally from Spain, living in San Juan, PR for the last 15 years. We do like our properties and feel pride of giving the best to our customers, treating them as family. We have three wonderful apartments 10 steps to one of the most beautiful urban beaches we have ever seen. Two of the properties share a private roof top swimming pool with BBQ and amazing sunsets watching the ocean, the other is a townhouse with two patios and a small balcony in the Master with ocean view. You do not need passport to come to PR if you are an American citizen, and we have a year round good weather.
