Phil & Clair have spent over 30seasons between them running Chalets in the French Alps.
Most of them have been in Belle Plagne.
Keen skiers, they have tried several disciplines: Alpine, Telemark, Cross-Country, Touring and Snowboarding. Off-piste is their preference.
Clair has trained as a dietician and worked in many restaurant kitchens. She applies this experience and knowledge to the menu plans the staff work with. We see this as important to maintain standards from season to season.
