Since moving to Henderson from Canada 6 years ago, I have enjoyed my developing new interest in looking after my own as well as my sons' properties. It did not take long before my Canadian lawyer husband jumped on board with advice regarding lease preparation as well as how to/not hang a picture. We both enjoy ensuring the needs of our renters prior to and after their arrival are met. As we live in Henderson, we pride ourselves on being responsive to calls received on 'We have ants!" to "Help, the dishwasher is leaking!" My renters reassure me that they appreciate our immediate attention to their concerns.
