My name is Rosario Diaz and I've been working for this property since it opened its doors on June 1st, 2011.

Our property is located on a beautiful street in the heart of South Beach, Espanola way. The street is historic full of charming retail shops, restaurants, and intimate cafes.

We have 12 suites that are fully renovated and completely equipped/furnished. From opening until present we have hosted hundreds of guests; a lot of them come back every year making us their permanent home away from home.

We are also a boutique hotel, we have a front desk on-site, and we offer to our longer stay rentals hotel-like amenities like a free happy hour, beach towels and chairs among other things.. Guests usually have positive reviews about their stay and how much they loved our property.

I always make sure someone is available for our guests so they have a great stay. We want you to come back!
