Short OZ Stay is the new company created by Elisa Wittingslow for the Australian Short Term Rental industry. Elisa, an interior design lover who decided to transform her passion for real estate and furniture into her primary occupation, have successfully operated with her former company Short-Stayz for almost 7 years.

Elisa started in 2008 with a couple of properties she owns in Victoria and Queensland. In her previous career in the amusement business she travelled regularly and found a lack of clean and affordable accommodation. Therefore she started with focusing her activity on enhancing the travellers experience.

In 2013 an ex manager with several experiences in the accommodation and hospitality field at Olympic Games and other major sport, corporate & political events, Alessandro Mancini, joined Elisa to bring his experience on database management and customer service.

Short OZ Stay is managing 15 properties and hosting more than 2,000 enthusiastic guests every year (92% of the reviews are excellent). All the units are owned or long term leased and directly managed.

All the apartments are furnished with high quality bedding, linen, technology and furniture. The attention for the details and the great customer care make each Short-Stayz properties the accommodation that everyone would recommend.

From June 2012, the company has started supporting property developers and asset management companies in their sales activity. Potential investors might be interested on a leasing solution with a unique counterpart with a solid financial situation and a great track record in this market.

In this regard, the collaboration with WaterPoint Asset Management, developer of the Australia Towers in Sydney Olympic Park where Short OZ Stay is currently managing 5 apartments in the Tower A, have been very successful.
