We have been renting our three villas since 1999.

The FlipKey References are 320088, 322908 and 686460.

Over the past 12 months, we have started pricing our Villas on a 'All Inclusive' basis so there ae no bills for Exit Cleans, Wi-Fi, TV, Local Calls, A/C, Pool or Hot Tub Heat.

During the past 18 years, most of our guests have had a great holiday and have returned on a regular basis. During 2016, 74% of guests had stayed with us before which gets higher each year.

Since purchasing the Properties, we have made many improvements to the Properties.

We spend 3 - 4 months a year in Scottsdale and enjoy meeting our guests whenever we can.
