We have lived in Spain for 10 years. We moved inland from the Coast over 6 years ago and love living in the REAL SPAIN.We only started renting out the property in August 2010, the property has been re-modernised with the renting client in mind. Central heating and Air-conditioning was our consideration for the clients all year round comfort. We live in an adjacent village so will never be too far away if you have a problem.
