I am a retired botanist and museum curator, and live locally, so can help you to get the most out of your stay with local tips; we aim to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and will willingly help with information if required. All the restoration in Owl Cottage was done by us, and we have provided lots of information on the cottage and its garden, and the coast and its history (and pre-history), in order that you may get the best from your stay.
If you are interested, we would be happy to take you on a guided tour of the gardens in which the cottage is set.

We stayed at this self-catering cottage, as a pied-à-terre for visiting the surrounding areas, for seven days and nights and really enjoyed it.
