I'm 62 years old living in Bologna. I had been working as an architect for many years; as I'm living alone in a large apartment, now my life is changing: I'm teaching yoga, receiving guests at my b&b and teaching at university. I take care personally of the apartment. Since I'm local, I deal with guests directly. All of my properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
