My husband and I have owned this house since 2000. We currently live in the Washington, DC area. We do have a property manager in Cabarete/Sosua who makes sure the property is maintained and they are available if any problems or concerns arise. The house has a full time maid, caretaker and security guard. Our staff always gets great reviews from our guests. The pool is amazing, one of the best features of the house. Also, the new BBQ that we have added has been another great feature.
