An avid environmentalist, Kathleen was a founding board member and corporate contributor to Evergreen’s Mountain Area Land Trust. She served on the Evergreen Parks and Recreation board for 4 years, and chaired a committee that helped bring curbside recycling to Evergreen.

She is the founder of Smart Homes Search, an International Association of Buyer Agents and Brokers and the website, BuyerAgentSearch.com

She helped create the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents in 1995 and served as its Executive Director for 6 years. Currently she is in charge of it’s Consumer Inquiry Division. She has helped over 30,000 individuals get connected with good real estate buyer agents, primarily in the US, but also in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, South Africa and Costa Rica.

She fell in love with Costa Rica and 8 years ago.
