My husband and I have a dear friend who has owned a condo at the Palm Bay Club. for the past 20 years and have visited him often. Two years ago we were able to buy our own investment. Our married children plus our grandchildren have always loved Siesta Key for its wonderful warm weather and pools and white sandy beaches. We live in the State of Wisconsin, so we love going south!! The Palm Bay Club takes wonderful care of our unit #310 as far as keeping the grounds and pools in excellent shape. The months of Jan and Feb are popular to rent by the month or actually a period of 4 weeks is considered a stay which is able to receive a 20% discount off the price of the weekly rates., The complex is actually on the Bay side which has the very lovely pool and Jacuzzi and fishing pier. The beach is deeded to all the guests at the complex and when you have had enough sand, come back to the lovely Bay area and relax and be able to view dolphins and manetees swim by and tall flamingo type birds walk around waiting for someone to catch a fish. In the evening the beach is very dark around 8:00 and the Bay side has little white lights around the pool and Jacuzzi till 10:00 p.m to sit and enjoy the evening at the tables and chairs around the pool area. Live shrimp are often used to catch some unusual fish. The condo is on the second floor and we have a nice view of the fountains below and a birds eye view of the Bay area from our balcony . The walk is lovely along the tall Royal Palms to go over to the beach area when there are ample lounge chairs and up right one and a pavilion to get out of the sum. We also have two charcoal grills on the bay side. and many of my guests now love the bay side more than the Beach side. The pool is better for younger children. thanks , Nancy
