Our property is one of the VERY few that has a large PRIVATE patio right on the ocean, so you don't have to share with anyone else. We also have a single-car garage for your exclusive use. Many other oceanfront properties charge much more for (overly) luxurious accommodations, but most of them only have a shared patio (or none at all!) and many don't have any secured or covered parking. We provide a clean and very comfortable beach home for families to enjoy at affordable and competitive rates. We are also third-generation San Diegans and have owned beach properties for decades, so we know how to make your stay at the beach as comfortable as possible. We can also make suggestions on things to do and places to go, for all ages and lifestyles.
